Returns & Refunds Policies & Procedures
We will take back and refund the full purchase price of any item — no questions asked — up to 30 days from the date you received it provided the item is received back by us in the same condition as it was sent. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item you received was not as described in words and photos or otherwise grossly misrepresented.
To return an item and receive a refund, please do the following:
1. Email us (click the Contact Us section of this website) and tell us you want to return an item. Give us the item name, date you received it and all your contact information. We will email you the address to which to send back the item.
2. Carefully re-pack the item, preferably in its original packaging, and ship it to the address we give you. FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION, PLEASE INSURE THE PACKAGE.
3. If the item was damaged in transit when shipped from us to you, please tell us that in your email since we insure all our shipments and will file a claim with your assistance.
For security reasons, we can only issue a refund to the account of the original purchaser.
